Invoicing is determined on the basis of active users (users who have accessed the website at least once during the invoicing month) or based on the number of e-learning tutorials (courses) present on the website during the invoicing month. For each month the relevant value is taken as the maximum of the two. For example, if during a given month there were 90 active users in the website with 12 courses underway, then the invoice will recall the value of courses in the 11 to 20 quantity.
